Purchasing Online

Once you are finished finding the perfect stuffed animal or teddy bear gift, making a purchase is a snap.

1. Make sure you've added any and all products you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you're ready to purchase, view your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of any page on the Web site.
2. From the shopping cart, you can proceed with your online purchase by clicking on Checkout. If you prefer not to buy online, you may call 602-225-9513 and give your order over the phone. Keep your shopping cart screen in front of you so you can relay all the products and quantities you want to include in your phone order.
3. If you proceeded with your online purchase by clicking on Checkout you will be asked to either login (if you have an online account with us), create an online account , or simply checkout without creating an account.
4. Once you've logged in (or created an account, or proceeded without creating an account), fill out your billing and shipping address. You can also enter any comments regarding your order on this page.
5. On the next page, select a shipping provider and the desired shipping option from those made available. Shipping options may differ in details, number and cost depending on the shipping provider you select.
6. You will be able to review your order summary and select your payment type. If any details in the summary are incorrect, you can click on the Back button to return to previous screens and make corrections. You may also enter any discount code you may have so that the discount will be applied to your order.
7. Enter your payment details on the last screen. When you are ready to complete the purchase, click on Place Order. Your order will be processed and a confirmation screen will appear letting you know either a) the order was completed successfully or b) the order could not be completed, why it was not completed (if this information is available at that moment) and what you can do to complete the order.
