NOTE: If you just want to stuff your own teddy bear then you don't need to take a tour, you can just drop in and visit us!

Overview

Stuffington Bear Factory offers private tours for groups of any size. Our tours are a great way to learn about what goes into making America's most lovable companion - the teddy bear. It also is a great way to learn about the manufacturing process and the history of the teddy bear. These tours are a favorite with companies, team building events, charity donation events, private groups, clubs, large families, tourists and sightseers.

Private tours are for groups of 10 or larger and an advance reservation is required. On your in-depth tour you will learn interesting facts about how the teddy bear got its name as well as what goes into designing a bear. You will see firsthand how bears are cut out and sewn together in the manufacturing process at our working factory.

For groups smaller than 10 we invite you to take our Free Daily Drop-In Tour which happens Monday throughSaturday at 1:00 p.m. This mini tour takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and you get to see the manufacturing floor up close.

Cost

• Stuff Your Own Bear Tour: Our most popular, it includes the guided tour of the facility and each participant will receive their own 12" bear to stuff, comb and air bathe. We also include two colorful ribbons and a birth certificate to document their trip. Cost: $12 per person. Call to set up your appointment . Reservations required. Groups of 10 or larger only.
• Tour-Only: Take a private guided tour of the manufacturing facility. Cost: $4 per person. Call to set up your appointment. Reservations required. Groups of 10 or larger only.
• FREE Daily Drop-In Tour: Free at 1:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No reservation necessary, but recommended. Tour takes about 15-20 minutes.

Payment / Cancellation Policies

• No deposit is due.
• Cancellations should be made 72 hours before the reserved time.
• Stuffington Bear Factory will call to confirm your field trip reservation one week before the reserved time.
